Q2 RESULTSLooked solid from first read. Nice to see some solid asset sales and a plan to further sell assets into the rest of 2024/2025. I did like how there was a clear set of strategies to tackle near term maturities with different paths that could be used. Huge emphasis on the dividend and anecdotally, I think this fall is going to be the big back to office push. I'm already seeing 3X a week mandated, 4X is coming. Otherwise your role be outsourced and someone younger/cheaper will do it. Summer intern hiring has been abysmal and that's usually the first to go. Let's see how the CC goes and the market reaction!
