RE:RE:Quit being so focused on the distribution

RE:RE:Quit being so focused on the distributionlikely waiting to see if there are further rate cuts before renewing.
Also, by not reinstating a distribution, balance sheet and cash flow projections look alot better to the banks when negotiating these rollovers.
More favorable rates could be on the table.
Wouldnt be surprised if bankers have a say on what % of AFFO will be allowed for dist when they do reinstate it in future.
My guess would be Q1 2025.

my opinion/guesses only

Is that why TNT.UN is languishing here?  Will it end up like SOT.UN as people speculating?

Additionally; many of you are concerned the distribution may never come back for some reason.

Meanwhile the company purchaess about 10% of the outstanding shares on a yearly basis at current rates.

In the most recent report it paid back 90 bps of its debt.

They have a massive repayment of debt coming in October.

The company is doing ruddy great, and if you cant see that not paying a distribution is good for you as a share holder frankly I don't know how to  help you.  jUst sell the shares and move on.
