IMHO no. Listening to the interview, Tenet still has a ways to go (up into the first quarter of next year)... Only revenue will move this based on all the nonsense many shareholders suffered through these last few years. A lot of sell pressure got wiped out under 10 cents imho, which is a positive.... so expect a base just below that. With tax loss selling starting up mid to late September all the way up to December... expect to retest around the 7 cent mark depending on how the markets react with the Ukraine war and U.S. elections.
