RE:Oak - Underrated Value

RE:Oak - Underrated ValueNotwithstanding low station2 NG prices, Oak is promising for sure. Good liquids. Canada LNG might boost NG prices.

However, according to Kelt's map, 170,000 acres or so of Oak has had 4 wells drilled.  Rest of the drilling (22 wells?) has been in a 23,000 acre sector (36 square miles).

It seems it will take years perhaps a decade and a lot of $$$ to delineate and develop Oak in its entirety.

Can't compare this to what TOU is getting with Crew at all - CR is producing 30,000 boepd (6,000 bpd of condensate) TODAY. Plays are delineated, they have a plan in place (permits etc...) that includes a deep cut plant to double production.
