I was looking at the insders some more

And it sure seems to me they are the problem here. They seem to be option farmers except for the CEO he seems a good guy not dumping on the shareholders like so many others. I guess these other folks don't really beleive in kelt like some here would have you beleive. I guess the old addage actions speak louder than words certianly applies to this one. Have a look
