US citizen holdersAfter several inquiries, my broker advises that only Canadian citizens are eligible to participate in the rights offering. US citizens have no alternative but to sell their warrants at the value in their account. If anyone knows something to the contrary please advise, as 10/16 is the cut off date noted in the Rights offering.
