The market and all stock prices are supposed to reflect the future. Or to be more mathematically correct, the present value of future cash flows. For all us capm fundamental investors that claim to be long term investors. But in reality, stocks can't shake their recent price history. Especially with retail investors. We're so "unprofessional". I, for example, am 100% thrilled with the almighty almonty. The full Monty. Because I've only owned it since last month. So no complaints about this overnight success from 75 cents to 95 cents !! Eventually the disgruntled long term history gets turned over into a new batch of long term future focused investors. That's when the real revaluation happens.
That's a refreshing and new perspective.
I'm happy with my investment but do expect it to be more life changing as a multiple return than a percentage return.
It will get there, I'm sure
