Put another 100k to work today. You can only hold out so long with sideline cash before it begins to hurt you. Money market will soon be sub 4 and that may well predicate a movement out and into something else. Were there pending signs that the U.S. was heading into recession, yep, still are a few out there but just too much evidence/data suggesting otherwise, Atlanta Fed tracking 3.4 percent GDP currently, labor strong, earning good all in the face of potential rate cuts still coming from the Fed. I put a chunk in today and will continue to be selective in adding another two or three chunks.

I am a bit however concerned the Fed doesn't quite cut what the market is pricing. I will be careful up until then and watching keenly before comitting too much more capital. If we get a wiff of even only one more cut into year end that may prove to be the downward pressure needed to increase and initiating new positions. In the meantime, this market overall is just too strong and so to is the economy (U.S.). Don't let people like tj fool you with his 30 percent retrace after first cut bs. Market crash/big recession call. In fact not much of anything he has blabbed about has come to be, ah well.

Thus far dip buying has proven to be the correct move, and will continue to until its not. I in no way expect a contiued straight run higher, but for now that is the trend and that is what you look to until it changes. Good luck all and have a what appears to be great weekend.

Stay good,

DZ

Google boy, the typical fomo investor. It looks like you had concerns as well considering that you were holding out on $100k. If anyone could believe you.

There's a reason Warren Buffet is holding a very large cash balance. He did the same in 1998 when people were saying he lost his touch.

People never learn their lessons.
