Hi,
I know what a RS is. For example at .03 ; a RS of 100 to 1 will be $3.00.
If PCEP share cost is .07 well they need 7.00 to come out even.
Once the shares are at $3 USUALLY they will decline to $2 then $1.
PCEP will take a HUGE LOSS. We will see what they will do.
