RE:RE:Criminals protecting criminals Enter CCAA with hope of restructuring, hear nothing, then it's sold for peanuts.  Even when the "sale" was initially announced it still wasn't clear if it all or parts.  Then for the first time positive results and suddenly taken from us, to continue under the same name with some white knight who put pennies on the real value.  The wholesale target was in the works from the beginning.  Don't know much about these litigators that appear to be primarily in this line of business but I'm not convinced that shareholders are ever part of the agenda.  Yes a suit would be great, but who's going to take it?  Difficult when you're trying to set precedent, especially when it's court approved.
