We either buy it and move it to the US or build a new facility in the US hiring laid off Boeing workers as an example (Boeing just laid off 17,000 workers, no idea how many are skilled at wing construction). Doesn't have to be Boeing, but I know BBD buys the wings for the 7500 from a US manufacturer and Gulfstream builds their own in a brand new plant in Savannah, GA. My point is there are workers in the US with the skills to build in the USA.
Then we can go to Trump and say look we just created 2500 jobs (no idea the number its a plug) are you sure you want to slap a tariff on Canadian business jets? He'll look at it in his 15 year old mind (look at the way he talks) and go "american jobs huh? Bombardier's good for the US so they get a pass"
With that all said, I am not in any way knowledgable in wing or fuselage construction, but I would think you could have a new plant up and running in 18-24 months.
