I stand by my post (1) Exciting news ( good ) news that our competent Law Firm partner has filed the first of ( potentially) , many royalty/punitive damage demands. Understand the broad nature and content of our patent portfolio and potential impact on evolving ( and ) legacy technology.
(2) Everyone reading this should individually research our Law Firm Partner ( the link to firms website is in the news stream ) and ask one question: Would I trust my IP rights defense to this firm ? Then ask: Should I pay top dollar for the best ?
(3) You get what you PAY for in this world. Quality Law Firms charge for quality work. In rare instances GT will, according to it's website ( which I researched ) , do a hybrid contingency. I do not know, none of us know what terms AP has negotiated.
(4) Hot air is cheap. Do your own due diligence, backed by facts, then position yourself for the win. The case has merit, and this matters. The offending partie(s), faced with quality council and punitive repercussions could belly up to the table very quickly.
(5) Never take advise from a discussion board. Do your due diligence ! Win.
