Seems like receivables are getting overaged.

Trade payable June 30 $57.5
Trade payable Sept 30 $59.2 on lower sales

Even low margin business contributes to fixed overhead, so giving up low margin business might reduce reduce GM% but increase bottom line. So focus should be in profits not gm%.

After 6 weeks of sales in Q4 they should have given clearer picure of Q4 sales, especially after such a big miss.
