RE:Share buybacks are a waste of time I think DeAlba is dumb dumb dumb ....like a fox ...his game and Glssmans is to fleece the public with their own money ...very good at it ...I still say this is a shake out of the unknowing public ...that is how I would play this poker hand ...it's not really a bluff more of ....we are going for coffee ..do not touch the cards ...and no you can not see my cards ...they could probably sting this game along till next quarter ...the conection to the Ecoopetro refinery will be done .....should be a slow bleed up after that .......
