Am I the only one who wants to stop this crooked bankruptcy

Shareholders know GDNP has enough assets to recuperate from a temporary bad financial situation. One solution is to get good aggressive positive sales people. The other solution is to sell their Arizona business. The CEO thinks he will get away with this crooked bankruptcy. Courts and judges don't care. Now the CEO keeps his job while all shareholders lose everything. You really think this is acceptable?
