RE:RE:RE:RE:Ex Dividend Unitholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2024 (the “Record Date”), with payment on December 31, 2024 (the “Payment Date”).

Perhaps it's after the close.  For tax purposes wouldn't unitholders have to receive payment today for their non registered accounts?  Otherwise payment received on Jan 2 would impact 2025 tax year.
