Whatever is in the making here is virtually guarantying upside from the current valuation either via large contracts or via some sort of ownership change. Even the “takeunder” scenario I mentioned in my previous post will provide shareholders with upside from here as neither DD nor the BOD would want to expose themselves to a SEC investigation and/or a shareholder lawsuit.
What is blatantly obvious is the curtailment of the SP. Large sell orders (way too large given daily trading volumes) show up the moment the SP goes up.
