Alternate Symbol(s):  KRYXF

Koryx Copper Inc. is a Canadian copper development company focused on advancing the 100% owned, PEA-stage Haib Copper Project in Namibia whilst also building a portfolio of copper exploration licenses in Zambia. Haib is a large and advanced copper/molybdenum porphyry deposit in southern Namibia. The Haib Copper project, Exploration and Prospecting License 3140, is held by Haib Minerals (PTY) Ltd, a Namibian corporation fully held by the Company. It holds the option to acquire up to 80% of three large scale exploration licenses in the copper belt in Zambia. The licenses include Luanshya West project (LEL 23247), Chililabombwe project (LEL 23247), and Mpongwe project (LEL 23248). The licenses cover about 752 square kilometers in the Central African Copper belt. LEL 23247 is situated in the center of the Zambian Copper belt, which forms part of the Central African Copper belt. The three licenses sits on the same side of the Copperbelt, which hosts nine large copper mines.

Talked To Stan

Talked To Stan The last few days I talked to the current CEO Stan Bharti about the P.P " I believe the Company is far stronger with a good balance sheet and the ABILITY to complete its main project rather than before. The biggest risk to DSM was the project completion risk, this has now been removed. In the long term, that is better for our shareholders." " We had the debt in place but this always has too much leverage in it, so when we were offered a "bought deal ", the Board thought it prudent to go for it ". "we now have a BETTER AND STRONGER BALANCE SHEET, which is critical for juniors? We did have a debt facility in place, but we had such security on it that it would have tied the Company up much more and potentially hurt us in a down dip in gold, had we drawn on the facility Now the Company is free of all outside obligations, we dont have any bank covenants to worry about, and we can focus on what will REALLY DELIVER SHAREHOLDER VALUE, which is get the mine going." thank you Stan mack
