The plan is to start one then then use the profits from that one to fund the second mine build...just ask management. I suspect Goldboro will be built first.

For the most part, I agree. Even if the new identity were to raise +- 100M to 150M to finance a first mine, this will represent significant dilution compared with the number of shares after the merger

I can't find one management who has experience
at actually turning an exploration company into a mining company. Unless you count Jeremy Wyeth and his contibution to De Beers Victor Daimon mine. Which he was part of the management team

One thing Kevin Bullock has a great record at.
When he becomes the new CEO of a company... he has a great history of running that share price up in the first little while, say 18 months or so. After that, the record is not so great. GLTA

Before I get corrected.... the 90 + by morgan stanley was a bit of an exaggeration. Some days that was the case. Not today.. Today it was only about 65%. Financing fully subscribed.

Future profits
If the merge/takeover goes through and both properties are developed into mines, at todays prices are we not looking at $250-$300 million profit annually . I'm ok with that .
