If corporate raiders step in and take control of the board this afternoon, expect ARN to close under $1.00......a new board controlled by raiders would likely do a cheap private placement before a fire sale of the company on accretive terms based on cash flow only.

What's your continued interest in driving this stock down? Please stop posting fear-mongering nonsense. Crescent Point owns 20%, management must own a fair chunk, and there are a slew of investors with zero interest in handing Arcan over to "corporate raiders".

I don't think his comments will bring the stock down.  Fast Eddie is doing a great job with that himself. Crescent Point owns 20%, management on a fully diluted basis owns 12%, if I had any significant money with this poorly managed company, I would want to see a new Team take over that can manage their finances better and deliver on their promises.   Oil has fallen under ...more

This is getting ugly and the debt is large but CPG will not let us down and will buy this company and we will get probably $2.00 if that much but CPG will pay off the debt. I think it is a given unless oil starts to go up but it looks as if it might keep going lower.
