Curious how David Vincent took the last $150K cash from Canamex to pay Blockchain Labs to setup Metalstream, then "bought" 10% of Metalstream, and now he's the CEO.

Should Canamex shareholders expect an in-specie distribution of (worthless) Metalstream tokens? 

Can you believe the nerve of this repeat criminal activity? Move assets from one company to another, like they did with Enegra, now with Canamex to Metalstream?

Anyone have the time to properly document / reference / source what has transpired with Canamex and David Vincent, and share that information?  I know some credible investigative reporters who focus on securities that may sink their teeth into this.  At the very least, a formal complaint can be filed with the CSE.
