CVRs

I am told the CVRs are no longer valid if this decision holds under appeal. That puts the shares back in play. I do not think they can now covert the CVRs to shares. I doubt shareholders would buy into that double dipping! Everything is very fluid we need to hold our fire and hear from the board.

Thanks oldtimer, That is interesting.  Shares back in play. I can't see an appeal being successful.  The ruling took so very long that it seems icsid will be able to justify their decision and that there are political forces well beyond what Eco lawyers can argue.  And, if an appeal is entertained by icsid, the timelines would be ruinous for most investors here. You are accurate in your assessment Tired. I would just like to add a comment on the CVRs, our legal representatives allowed about 25% of the CVRs to be purchased by shareholders, obviously keeping 75% for themselves. The CVRs only left about 5% for shareholders. There was talk about converting CVRs to shares. Shareholders that bought in obviously have shares, the amount which entitled to them the ...more

Thanks Oldtimer,  That is a good clarification on the cvrs.    I hope that management, while seeking guidance on appeal, is actively engaging a potential buyer and the Colombian authorities as it seems a buyout is going to be the only pathway to recover some of our investment. As I said in my previous post.  It's time to put the Anna CVR plan to bed and preserve the cash If we pivot to promoting the land package we could easily see a 50M mc just on the potential of Airis suceeding despite the Federal gov't. EOM is a pureplay on Soto Notre potential in next 12 months
