Don't forget the ALL important connection to Tourmaline!

Yes they had incurred debt BUT that is held by Keenan, longterm board member of Tourmaline. I can wait.

With this acquisition they have consolidated lands with existing in the West Pembina region. These guys have serious connections that are Bullish on Nat Gas.

Interesting they are building the company with debt avoiding duluation with cheap stock. I assume we will see much higher prices before their will be any equtiy finanicing.
