I find it all amusing.  HIgher prices should have a positive effect but HKH is the big unknown (AXU Blue Sky (BS) vs HL reality) I think that's the real wildcard in the mine mix, how much did HKL contribute to the bottom line.

Amusing stuff indeed. I think Zack's and Morningstar types of 'analysis' are computer-generated based on databases, and reports like this generate attention and a lot of chatter but I would never take trades based on these sorts of presentations, earlier versions of AI before it became a media mania acronym buzzword. Assuming the data they scrape is accurate they can be a useful source

Unlike you,I am a HL shareholder and most of us know what happened to create negative earnings last year. The Lucky Friday shaft fire and subsequent reconstruction hit Hecla's production / earnings/ profits /bottom line for over nine months so the negative news hurt the share price last year. Lucky Friday is back to full production and Keno is ever closer to announcing full production : Hecla

THX it looks like they'll keep chugging along but I wouldn't expect any big surprises, plus there are 650 million shares out on a 26 cent stock. Personally I haven't had much interest in overseas stuff for years; I worry about the risk. If a project starts looking too juicy the government can't resist either confiscating the project, taxing it to death, or companies end up fighting

For sure.  THX isn't something I'd hang on to.  I think its a short term gamble just  like the stock market where you trade hard earned cash so you can speculate... lol But then HL is also looking furthur afield for new opportunites which gives me pause.
