Question re. filing of Y/E statement of accounts

Progidgy has yet to file it's 2010 Y/E statements up to Dec 31st. Can anyone comment on whether this type of delay is normal for TSX companies and is there a regulatory requirement as to how long after the actual Y/E date they need to be filed in SEDAR?

Perhaps you should look under Kodiack  Gold (kxl)

All the Kodiak files with Sedar automatically list under Prodigy and are all directed to Prodigy Gold Filed with Sedar.I would advise anyone new to be on guard to the dubious brand of pumping presently going on here.With a .65 cent PP pending closing in a few weeks and 7 million freetraders at .45 cents coming on line , I for one am waiting for what issure to be a lower share price to come before
