I did dip my toe in to this pond, but I'm glad I didn't take to big a bite.  I jumped into ANH instead.  Thier dividened was cut in half but still sits just over 13%.  Real ...more

I doubt if the dividened is safe right now, or if any dividened out there is, but this is a very interesting bottom feeding purchase.

WHO ELSE is following this? According to Bigcharts - it's sporting a 52% Dividend and trades for 2.4 times earnings.... I like extreme value... Does anyone have any idea how safe the dividend is? ...more
