Their business is not all in the US. They have extensive projects in Canada, and a growing number in Japan. Look it up.

Fire in the woods

So, it seems the crew building Henvey is too rushed, and started a wildfire. That’s still, a Pattern Dev project, but still sloppy. It’s fire season!

I just read a report about the new government trying to stop a small project that’s weeks from completion! Not a Pattern project afaik. Taxpayers are going to get stiffed again, for cancellation costs ...more

SA has a report out, forecasting possibly slightly lower production over the winter. Bigger issue is that PEGI doesn’t have the volume to absorb a bigger sell without triggering bottom fishers and ...more
