very quiet board, high yield renewable power

Pattern appears to be an under the radar wind energy play , paying a high yield , over 6.25 % a year at current pricing. Have steadily raised the dividend from inception in 2013. Div then was .3125 quarterly, now at end of 2016 div was raised again to .408 n. Not unusual to see swings of over a buck in trading as spreads are thin and quite wide apart at time. CIBC seems to be accumulating quite big the last while.
