this is going to have a pop eventually!
it may basically be a shell now, but its way oversold and with a low o/s and oversold state, people going to play this for an easy bounce play, bids still loaded trying to catch any tired weak hands .

Depends if the executive team misled investors. Financials state around $1 Million in debt and know they are saying $30 Million. What's more sickening is that they restated their Financials

Investors here should reach out to the excahnge. A company can not report less than $1 Million in debt for a number of years and then change that to $30 Million when they sell their assets. That'
