I am a sgrcf shareholder for many years. Since not listed in Canada, Sprott Canada would have no interest in responding. Rick Rule, Carlsbad, California (about to retire I think) heads up Sprott USA

I would think that in light of SGRCF being a U.S. over-the-counter pink sheet company, Sprott USA Holdings Inc (Rick Rule) would be the best and simplist Sprott entity to contact regarding trading

If you google San Gold Transfer Agent, the list includes 2 possibilities. The first is San Gold Resources Corp with transfer agent CIBC Mellon Trust, cusip 797902. The last Sedar entry is June 29,2005
