no Q3 dividend increase
Am I the only shareholder disappointed by the absence of a Q3 dividend increase? It seemed within reach, especially with USD strength amplifying the partner performances.

The FNC redemption explains the dividend not being increased. I should have guessed a redemption was coming. .

I'll take a 42% IRR all day every day instead of a distribution increase!! The redemption is positive news, further fortifies the Balance Sheet and allows optionality for deals that arise in the coming year. Kudos to management!

I like a good IRR too, given that the alternative is a poor IRR. But I also like tangible shareholder returns. However, that's an aside to the news; redemptions are part of the business model, and by themselves neither imply nor deny the ability to grow distributions. .
