Distribution increase?

Profits are good... cash flow is good... the balance sheet looks good.

It has been eighteen months since Alaris last declared an increase in our quarterly distribution (December 20, 2022) from $0.33 to $0.34

One would think it is about time to add a penny or two to our quarterly distribution.

What do you think?

That was a quick answer! I asked the question at 10:15am and Alaris announced their unchanged distribution at 10:17am

At 16.00 s/p alaris is paying 8.5 %. Doing a divy increase gas not helped the share price get up to where it should be. If they have extra cash, I would prefer a share buy back for cancelation rather than a divy increase.  comments?

I have been holding for a couple years now and recently sold 20% of my holding, just dissapointed that the share price remains flat to down after such great recent quarters, and they refuse to either buy back shares or raise the divy a few cents. Until some catalyst occurs, I will keep my holdings where they are or even pull out more over the summer. Wake up and do something to reward loyal ...more
