Some investors think that they can time the market.A quote i like to remember myself is
It’s not timing the market that counts, it’s time in the market.
When will Akita be properly valued. The answer, when it is in the hands of strong investors.
Only then, will it be properly valued.
A good analogy is let say you are a home owners and you think your house is worth roughly
$600,000 based on your research and you put it up for sale.If someone offers you $150,000, $200,000, $250,000.
Would you be a seller at these prices surely not, you would say to the buyers take a hike and if you want my home then make me a fair and serious offer.
The Akita shares i own are in strong hands but in the neighbourhood(other Akita shareholders)
there will be sellers all the way up to were i believe it is worth.
Do i care if Akita trades at $1.60, $1.70, $1.80...No
Would i be happy if they were trading close to where i think they are worth,YOU BET.
But until then, the only one that care or should care about current prices are the one who wants or need to sell.
In the mean time, i will just let the process play out.
Well that is where i stand with my position in Akita. It may take a year maybe more before
it is assess to it’s fair value but i will wait for that time to come not before. And at that time,
i will re assess the value based on the new informations we have been provided.
To get to $4, $5+..it will first have to go to $2, then $3...It will go up and down
like any other stock. But the hard part will be to withstand of not selling when it starts it's
strong upward move.
Easier said then done for most(me included).
The stock market is a process based on emotions(Fear and greed) and price discovery.
Only time give you great results when you have bought an assets below it’s fair value.
Good luck to all.
