Timelo investment
When i invest in a company, i track the major investors and the float of the stock.
When i started buying Akita last year, in the top 10 list of the major investors was
Timelo investment. This firm specializes in small cap. They were listed with 747,800 shares
as of Sept. 30 /2023
In December they were down to 503,500 and on the latest count i have on them March 31/2024
they have 350,400.
How much do they have today, i will find out when the data of June is released.
But it is obvious that they are getting out of Akita.
Maybe they are right and maybe not.You know my position on that.
The point i am making is that when you hold so many shares in an illiquid stock
like Akita, it is not always easy to get out.
I can only assume that Timelo is one of the reason why we are seing weakness in the stock
since the beginning of the year.
Timelo must be hitting the bid when he sees enough buyers and probably putting small
block on the sell side.
He has sold about 150,000 and 250,000 / quarter. How much does he have left?
Akita is not a micro company, it's a micro, micro, micro company.
Any big supply or demand will move the stock.
My bet is that when investors sees the Q3 and Q4 results, then the move could be spectacular.
Until then, i don't see any catalysts to move the stock.
Nice weekend to the few readers of my posts.
P.S. I am not delusional, i know that my posts will not move the stock, not even a penny.
I just like to share my investments ideas as a hobby because once in a while i do learn things
from other posters
