Management

This is the worst performing stock . What's management doing besides sitting on their asses to correct this ? Absolutely garbage

Well, at least you're honest! :) It's frustrating to be 25% down from the recent peak on the basis that we "might" be down up to 5% on NOI and a delay in a month or two on rates coming down.  At least we have a solid double digit dividend to console us.  I added 500 yesterday at 17.02.

One of the best managment in REIT sector,during COVID and Office disasters they can manage balance sheet, keep distribution and didn't do fire sale  good properties. Managers and insiders bought lot of shares.

No divy bump = management and employees should get no raise! G&A should be down in 2024... doubt it will be tho..  I find it bad that this management team during high inflation do not give their owners a bump in divy increase.

Well, as the withholding of the increase means more money in the company, the SP increases by that amount (all else being equal).   Therefore, simply sell enoigh of your own shares each month to creare your own 'distribution".  It may even be advantageous depending on your tax situation.  No need to thank me.
