Some company has to be looking at this gem, in my way of think is a $8 takeout target, We have probably 500m shares outstanding, no debt and almost 3 billion tax pool, it would cost them maybe $4b to ...more

I have seen such trades before, usually they are followed by 3-4 days of funny trading, nothing out of ordinary, just little different trading patterns than normal. The question here is who did this ...more

Blackjack is correct. Check out triple witching. Bigger volume and stocks historically tend to drop even into the following week. If history repeats itself it tends to be a good buying opportunity ...more
