Imagine if they had some excess liquidity instead of blowing it all on dream office at $24...what pathetic mangement

I'm not sure why Artis was buying Dream Office at $24 and is not buying it at $16. Artis was supposed to be in the process of selling some industrial real estate however I have not been able to come across anything in the past month on how that is going. Artis has a lot of debt coming due in 2023 too...

Itd be amazing if they could pull off 400 million in asset sales and have that cash to pay down debt and 200 million to buy back shares or dream office, but I would expect them to say its been postponed
