From what I hear, the non-office assets should still have some liquidity in them, and though I expect some writedowns from REITS, there is nothing yet to suggest they will be "significant", and at worse we shave $1 off NAV for now.  As long as these Sandpiper guys deliver a consistent FFO/AFFO and optimistic about their strategy continuing, there's no way this will stay at < 0.50 of book value

I am in this puppy for the long haul.  As far as I am concerned, the lower the unit price, the better.  The company just needs to avoid letting the properties burn down, and keep buying back gobs of shares at half of intrinsic value.  If this keeps up for a few years, we could see NAV per unit reaching $30.  And at some point, the market will gain confidence in the Artis ...more
