BK unit nav to sept 27 AFTER dist. = $18.53

So as it is ex-dividend date , BK lost about 1.01 off the unit nav when including distributions to preferreds and commons.
Value of the commons then would be $$8.53...premium is much to high to be buying here in the current market environment ... @  34.8 % after distributions. I am expecting a dead cat bounce in the financials some  time soon... but future does not look positive until rates start to get some hints of cuts in the near future.

At last check the UNIT NAV was below  19 $ after distributions were figured in , so today around $18.50 . SO minus the 10$ for preferreds the commons have a REAL value of $8.50 . Buyers today are paying a huge premium, ( ...more

Quadravest targets 15% yield for BK. Calculated at mean price of last three trading days of the month. So if BK is down, dividends are too.
