2023 and 2024 are going to have very different results... but jmho... Multiple new tops were made in the markets in the past year, and for me that's a sign of a market top, and overvaluation. Economy is not hot , with roaring productivity, and huge home sales for the popluation. Inflation may be going down month to month, but if you look at prepandemic to present times, ...more
