BK UNIT NAV to AUg 12 = approx; $19.89

Showing a loss of 66 cents since the july 31 update. BK commons are valued at about $9.89 here.
Last sale at $10.86 means the premium in 97 cents or very close to 10%.

With everything happening right now, in country and out of country, NAV is illusory at any given moment of the trading day. This is just IMHO of course. TD and Scotia are both in the middle of exteme circumstances. TD is still in the sights of the Feds, for money laundering, that won't be lived down easily.
