Majority goes to "non-controlling interest"...... I wonder who gets cut first if cash become tight and where BPO fits in?  or better way of asking is who gets paid first, second, third....etc?

Hi again, Good luck trying to make sense of the cash flow statement. FYI....I took a good look at the financials last night and the one thing I had not noticed is that all the BAM funds (BSREP etc) that BPY participated in with like 30% participations have all been CONSOLIDATED which makes a mess of their financials.  That means they add in 100% of the assets and 100% of the debt ...more
