Hello,

BTB REIT wrote to me via its counsel a letter dated April 25, 2024 indicating in a nutshell that they are refusing to present any of my proposals.

In my view, this letter is clearly disrespectful to me personally, the proposals and all non-insider BTB REIT unitholders at large.

Besides that this letter is inexplicably marked 'Private and Confidential' and I will heed their wishes, however my response, dated today, is a public document that you can find here:

My personal address has been redacted off, along with the identity of BTB REIT's counsel. The rest is as sent to each individual BTB REIT trustee late this afternoon.

I want to clarify that the letter I received on April 25th, 2024 rejecting my proposals in one sentence, is from an unclear sender. I said 'BTB REIT wrote' to me previously, however I jumped the gun: the lawyers who wrote me the letter did not actually indicate WHO they represent. Having received (sadly) many letters from lawyers in my life, that is unusual. So do they represent BTB, its

Alright, 24 hours later, despite my pleas to the lawyers who sent me that famous Wow Letter (dated April 25, 2024) dismissing in one sentence 20+ pages of hardwork and the Proposals, which it seems many of you want to vote on, I still cannot say who they represent. The good news is that the 'PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL' warning on the Wow Letter becomes meaningless obviously and so I will be

I generally think you wasted a lot of your effort. Just sell BTB, get a taxable loss, and  move money into HR reit or PRV.  So many to chose from with very good upside
