Q3 2022 Earnings Report & Financial Statements

To be released after market close on Tuesday November 8 (for the period ending September 30, 2022).

Given the share (unit) buybacks that have likely taken place during the quarter (can't get CAR.UN to show up on SEDI - can get companies like MFC, so not sure what's going on...?), hoping for a boost to NFFO per unit (higher than Q2's 0.585), NFFO payout ratio (lower than Q2's already outstanding 62%), and recognition by the markets that CAR.UN is significantly undervalued.
