DF unit nav to Sept 24 = Approx: $16.30 before dist.

So after dist, DF commons would be valued around $6.15.. so still trading at a discount after distributions are accounted for. Last trade was @ 5.89.. which was lower than DFN ( $5.91).... which has 7 cents less value.

DF NAV is 6 cents more than DFN,  DF traded at 5.89 vs DFN 5.93.  Just a observation.
