DF unit nav in realtime = approx; $16.31

Showing a gain of 15 cents now as we near the monthend and ex divvy date on friday.
Last trade @ $5.91 leaves the discount at 40 cents before distributions are factored in, and about 25 cents after they are accounted for. I own DF, but no DFN, as  i always try to  buy the better value.

Take care of the pennies and dollars take care of themselves.   I llike that quote... I like having some DFN to make sure I can liquidate some in need of cash... but I am more invested in DF righ now following your NAV information... for now, DF for longer term. DFN to trade more frequently... GLTA
