DF unit nav to NOV 18 = approx; $16.91

Showing a gain of 3 cents , and that values the commons @ $6.91 before distributions are figured in. 
The last trade @ $6.34 makes the discount about 57 cents or  8.2% .. 
DFN  commons finished the day also @ $6.34 but the discount there is only 36 cents Or 5.3%, as the   DFN NAV is 21 cents lower on the commons @ $6.70...
