Jan 20 - DF NAV is about $17.02 before distribution

My spreadsheet shows a NAV of $17.02317 before distribution, with a closing price of $16.17 the discount is now about 85 cents.. Considering the dividends distribution to Pref and class A shares, the NAV is about $16.86484 and the discount is reduced to about 69 cents
