Thanks to the "Old ECN". Good Luck to the "New ECN"

With tomorrow's scheduled special dividend of $7.50 per share ECN will continue on as a smaller, but hopefully, a still rapidly growing company.

The "Old ECN" which was itself a spin-off from the original Element Capital was a huge success. In late 2016 it traded for some time at approxiametely $3 per share before starting its run to today's all-time high at over $12.20 per share.

As happy shareholders we wish the company continued good luck in the future and thank the Directors and Managemnt for a job well done.

At RBC, the value for ECN is now showing as $4.71, however, the dividend has not yet shown up. Still plan on holding the new version of ECN for the long term. GLTA

Ecn has been a fantastic company since it split EFN. I have to say I am surprised how high the price has jumped today after the payout.Presently $5.21 with over 5 million shares.Someone is excited to own this stock.

Nice chart, and nice dividend/payout. Wish I was on the boat for this one. Do you think this is a good entry price, around $5.35-$5.40? TIA for opinions.
