Nice tuck in acquistion but the air has been sucked out of the share price to be redeployed into the booming AI and related stocks as well as rare earths. This to shall end and Enghouse will come back

The company has no debt, an abundance of cash on hand and pays a juicy dividend. In my opinion it is looking to acquire but it also maybe acquired.
